- We successfully settled in our client’s favour a construction dispute between two parties at the door of the Court;
- We obtained a successful judgment in our client’s favour in a complex adverse possession against a London Borough Council;
- We successfully settled at mediation in our client’s favour an insurance dispute regarding damage to a commercial property from an insured risk against a London Borough Council; and
- We obtained a successful judgment in our client’s favour in an application to set aside a statutory demand involving multiple parties and multi-million pounds.

Our immigration department continues to grow exponentially with instructions on large amounts of business immigration work which include applications for UK Sponsor Licence, Skilled Worker Visas, Global Talent Visa and Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension Visas. - We successfully obtained Skilled Worker Visas for Nepalese nationals coming to the UK to work with a reputable IT company;
- We successfully obtained a Skilled Worker Visa for a Japanese national coming to the UK to work with a reputable Central London company;
- We successfully obtained a Skilled Worker Visa for a Colombian national coming to the UK to work with a reputable Central London company;
- We successfully obtained a Global Talent Visa for a client that had been refused endorsement under Stage 1 of the Global Talent Visa process with the Arts Council;
- We successfully obtained a PBS Dependent Extension Visa for a spouse of a Tier 1 Entrepreneur migrant;
- We successfully obtained Graduate Visa for a student who had successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in the UK;
- We successfully obtained Private Life Visa for brother and sister who had entered the UK as child dependents of their parents and had remained in the UK through adulthood; and
- We successfully obtained British Naturalisation for a migrant living and working with settled status in the UK under the EU Settlement Scheme.

Our growing team of Solicitor Advocates, Barristers and County Court Advocates had received a number of instructions from various solicitors’ firms, business and members of the public to provide them with court representation on their cases.
