Personal Immigration

Our highly successful immigration solicitors and barristers provide professional personal immigration law advice and representation to individuals looking to enter or remain in the UK for work, study, family or asylum and human rights reasons.

Whether you wish to apply for a UK visa or challenge an immigration decision, our immigration solicitors and barristers combine expert legal advice, with a professional and supportive approach. We always ensure we undertake a detailed case assessment tailored to your individual immigration background and circumstances to ensure that you meet the Immigration Rules and Requirements before you instruct us to prepare the Immigration Visa Application for you.

We work directly with our clients, drawing on our many years of experience of preparing high quality immigration visa applications and presenting successful appeals and judicial reviews before the immigration courts and tribunals.

We recognise and appreciate that every client’s circumstances are personal and unique to them and we provide tailored and bespoke immigration law solutions designed to meet each client’s individual needs and circumstances.

AEJAZ SOMEHOW FOUND AN ANGLE TO APPROACH AND LITIGATE THE SITUATION FROM.

After many years in dispute with an organisation with very deep pockets and utilising the so called expertise of no less than 5 different solicitors and 1 barrister there seemed to be no way of fighting against the tide.

A colleague recommended Aejaz & OneLaw to me, once I had spoken with Aejaz and sent him the documents that the other legal professionals had been privy to, Aejaz somehow found an angle to approach and litigate the situation from.

The battle commenced and the outcome assured. Great guy, he has a laid back approach and a never say die attitude. I highly recommend Aejaz Mussa and the team at OneLaw. Their approach might seem laid back but their bite is much worse than their bark!
