1. Free Case Assessment

This case assessment will conducted by paralegals, who would provide free value to the potential client by listening to their query for 15 minutes and if possible resolving their query in a general way.

2. Consultation Booking 

After your 15 minute free case assessment, your paralegal will help book you in for a consultation with an immigration specialist .

3. Consultation 

Your Immigration Specialist will conduct the consultation with the person who has booked it and explain the whole process, go through the requirements and all the documents needed and answer any specific questions the client has.

4. Application Process 

We provide the client with a bespoke documents list setting out all the documents we need the client to provide in support of a successful visa application. Once we have received the documents, we will prepare the application, put the documents together into an application pack, prepare detailed legal representations in support of the application and upload everything for the client, so that the client has nothing further to other than to attend the Biometric Appointment with their original passport. Everything else is taken care of for them by the firm.

5. Biometric Appointment Process 

We can assist with getting the client’s application decided quickly through the Fast Track and Super Priority appointment process. We check if the client’s application is eligible for this service and tailor the preparation of the application for this service. If the client want to use this service and wants there application prepared and decided quicker, we apply a surcharge for this.

6. Application Decision 

We receive the decision for the application and notify the client of the successful outcome on their case. If the application is out of country, the client will collect their passport with the entry clearance stamp endorsed in their passport and they will then collect their BRP card from a designated post office in the UK. If the application is in country, the BRP card will be sent to our firm or the client’s address.
